As La Vie's CFO & Key COMEX member, you will manage financial operations, provide strategic financial insights, and ensure regulatory compliance to push our growth to new heights🚀. You will lead a great team of 3 people in finance & accounting and report directly to our CEO & co-founder, Nicolas.
Provide Strategic financial leadership to guide La Vie™ in achieving its short-term and long-term financial goals
Work closely with other COMEX members to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's overall vision
Help write the right equity story for La Vie
Initiating & leading financial operations as fundraising, M&A, debt funding
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure the company's financial health and stability
Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements
Implement cost-effective strategies and optimize financial resources to maximize profitability
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them effectively
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
Provide support in our Global expansion
Manage the finance & accounting team, boosting a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
Proven experience as CFO in the FMCG sector
Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills
A hands-on attitude is unnegotiable
Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Leadership and team management experience
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
You are fluent in English. French is a plus!
Available to work in our Paris office at least 3 days per week and occasionally add traveling to our production partners
Process You will have a first video call with our Head of People Apolline, a second interview with our CEO, Nicolas, and a business case to present to COMEX. We will also ask you to share your references 😉
If all these steps go smoothly, we are happy to show you around in the office and present you to the rest of the team!
