We're now looking for a Supply Planner to join our fast-paced, passionate, and collaborative Planning team. If you're data-driven, hands-on, and excited about joining a purpose-driven company that's shaking up the status quo, we’d love to hear from you!
As Supply Planner, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations. Your main mission: ensure product availability across all markets while optimizing inventory and driving supply chain performance. You’ll coordinate with external partners (co-manufacturers, 3PLs) and internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Logistics) to anticipate, plan, and deliver—without waste or delay.
Build and maintain rolling supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory policies, and production capacities.
Coordinate daily with co-manufacturers and logistics partners to ensure timely production and delivery of finished goods.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels across all warehouses, preventing both shortages and overstock situations.
Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks, escalating when needed and implementing long-term solutions.
Support cross-functional alignment between Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to ensure business continuity.
Drive performance analysis through KPIs (service level, inventory turnover, waste, etc.) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and monitor production capacity, working closely with co-manufacturers to support La Vie’s rapid growth in France and internationally.
Participate in NPD launches, ensuring supply readiness for new products and market entries.
Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP and planning tool optimization.
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain Management, Business School, or Engineering School.
You have 2–4 years experience in a similar role (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning), ideally in the FMCG or food industry.
You’re analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail. You are process-driven and excited to build tools and KPIs.
You’re confident using Excel and planning tools (ERP, APS, etc.); experience with NetSuite or equivalent is a plus. You are system-oriented.
You communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
You’re fluent in English and in French
You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
