Why this job exists
Data is at the heart of everything we do at La Vie. The data analyst will play a key role in empowering our teams with actionable insights, helping us optimize performance across business units. This role requires strong autonomy, a business-centric mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. We already have a sophisticated setup in place that you will have to maintain and grow.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong analytical, project management, and light engineering skills to drive data initiatives, optimize reporting, and lead data-driven decision-making.
Build and maintain dashboards for clear, actionable insights.
Analyze and model data to support key business decisions (forecasting, performance tracking, optimization).
Automate and optimize data flows to ensure reliability and scalability.
Lead data projects: manage forecasting models, oversee the data stack, and coordinate with data engineers.
Bridge the gap between data and business by translating business needs into actionable insights.
SQL (advanced) – data transformation and structuring.
Python (pandas, NumPy) – data manipulation and analysis.
BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
Data pipeline management: dbt, Airflow, or similar.
Experience managing data projects and collaborating with engineers.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.
Fluent in French and English (La Vie’s internal language).
You will have a first video call with HR and a second interview with our CEO Nicolas, followed by a business case!
